Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective Date: 20 May 2026
1. CANCELLATION BY CLIENT
- Advance Payments: The 50% advance payment serves as a commitment fee and is strictly non-refundable once strategic planning, resource allocation, or development has commenced.
- Project Withdrawal: If a client cancels after the development phase has started, they may be liable for additional costs based on the percentage of work completed.
2. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION (SaaS/Maintenance)
- Clients on monthly maintenance or "Smart Rent" plans may cancel at any time.
- A written notice via Email or WhatsApp must be provided at least 7 business days before the next billing cycle.
- No partial refunds are issued for the current billing period.
3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds are only processed under the following exceptional circumstances:
- If PrimePixel Web fails to initiate the project within 10 business days of receiving the advance payment and all required assets.
- No refunds will be issued once the website is live, the code has been handed over, or the SEO campaign has been initiated.
4. FORCE MAJEURE & RESCHEDULING
The Company reserves the right to reschedule delivery timelines due to illness, equipment failure, natural disasters, or government restrictions. In such cases, the client will be notified immediately, and a new timeline will be established.
